Dean holds a Diploma in Insurance Broking and is a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker (QPIB). Dean prides himself on building mutually beneficial working relationships with his clients to better understand their business and the unique risks within.

Account Manager

Phoebe joined DLB Insurance & Risk Solutions in 2022 as a Trainee Insurance Broker and has rapidly progressed into the role of Account Manager, servicing a portfolio of DLB’s valued clients. She is highly regarded for her client centric approach and her ability to build strong working relationships with our underwriting partners, consistently driving excellent outcomes for the businesses and individuals who trust her with the management of their insurance programs.

Grant joined DLB Insurance & Risk Solutions in 2023 as a Trainee Insurance Broker. Through dedication to his studies and a strong commitment to mastering his craft, Grant has built a growing portfolio of clients while also supporting many of DLB’s long standing relationships. He is known for his excellent people skills and his ability to collaborate effectively with underwriting partners to deliver strong outcomes for his clients.

Working under the guidance of Senior Account Manager, Megan Solomon, Blake is focused on completing his tertiary qualifications in Insurance Broking and developing his technical skills while providing high quality service to our clients.

Josh Simpson

Account Assistant

Josh joined DLB Insurance & Risk Solutions in 2026 as a University Graduate, having completed a Bachelor of Finance at the University of Technology Sydney. He is now applying his academic foundations to build a career in Insurance Broking and is quickly becoming a valued member of the DLB team, providing excellent service to clients and support to our Broking Team.

Joshua joined DLB Insurance & Risk Solutions in 2026 under our Traineeship Program. Working under the direction of Senior Account Manager, Rae Tory, he is focused on completing his tertiary qualifications in Insurance Broking and developing his skills as an Insurance Broker while delivering strong service to our clients.

Claims Manager

Belinda joined DLB Insurance & Risk Solutions in 2026 as Claims Manager. With more than two decades of experience in senior claims management and leadership roles at major Australian insurers—including Insurance Australia Group (IAG) and Suncorp—Belinda brings deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of the advocacy role brokers play. Her experience is a vital part of DLB’s value proposition as the broker of choice for many businesses.

Chris is a career claims professional who joined DLB Insurance & Risk Solutions in 2020 as Claims Manager. He now oversees Large & Complex Losses, bringing significant technical expertise and experience to drive strong outcomes with insurers on behalf of our clients.
